Growing from an initial staff of 11 in 1983, Team EWBi now employs more than 100 dedicated, accomplished and personable men and women who start each day with a deep sense of teamwork spirit and a desire to excel.
We believe our continued growth is tied directly to the caliber of our staff. Let's talk about safety for a minute. Construction is a complex industry - one which requires an intrinsic knowledge of 'how things work' with specialized training and an ongoing safety consciousness and culture. At Eleven Western Builders, our staff is continually trained with safety in mind - theirs and our customers. We employ a full-time safety director to ensure that our corporate commitment to safety is infused throughout our entire workforce - both in the office and in the field.
Our key personnel have helped produce some of the finest construction projects built today. They know how to assemble a winning project team by hand-picking the right people for the right job.
