Unlike ground-up construction, retail construction projects require significant finish work and rapid turnaround schedules, often working in occupied spaces or close proximity to other retail areas and related pedestrian traffic.
Eleven Western Builder's Retail Services Division has the versatility to expertly assist our retail clients with any type of project - from managing new construction to the finer points involved in open store remodels, rollouts and emergency maintenance.
Concurrent with new retail construction, we customarily manage multiple retail store conversions, remodels and rollout programs. From maintenance to fixturing, refrigerated cases to uniquely planned projects for special clients to multi-location rollouts, we're able to complete any retail project with mastery. Our staff – possessing retail services know-how, project management dexterity and installation and maintenance expertise - has been successful meeting unique and challenging requirements for many years. Our clientele has come to rely on us precisely for this highly specialized work.

Construction Services
In addition to providing project coordination, scheduling and other necessary construction services, EWBi self-performs a number of critical retail project construction services. Construction of fixtures, cases and refrigeration and other special projects, are managed in-house by EWBi staff. Working directly with the project owner in this capacity, we are able to control project schedule and costs.
Fixture Services
This fast-paced, specialized work requires an equally skilled team. From preliminary project surveys and material planning and procurement through final installation, EWBi has the staff to oversee every component. ADA requirements, procurement tracking, staging and warehousing, project planning, coordination, scheduling, supervision and installation are just some of the important part of the job – and what you can expect to get with our Retail Project Services team.
Refrigeration Services
Whether it is a brand new project, or relocation, restoration, or demolition and removal of existing walk-in boxes and cases, EWBi's trained staff manages all aspects of refrigeration services - engineering or installation - for our retail clients. Ask about our turn-key purchasing program.
Maintenance Services
When an emergency service call is made, routine maintenance is required, or a rollout upgrade program is implemented to multiple locations simultaneously, EWBi is there - providing peace of mind. Our staff is able to act and respond quickly – and trained to perform most repair or maintenance items in-house. A partial list of routine maintenance services we perform on a regular basis are: repair/replace tile, ceilings, drywall, glass, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roof and store fixtures - including millwork, casework and décor – and paint and graffiti removal and repair.
Warehouse Services
Eleven Western Builders will receive, store and deliver materials and equipment for our preferred customers. In addition to overseeing an expansive warehouse, our staff manages a fleet of trucks, trailers and the tools and equipment needed - giving us tremendous flexibility in project planning and avoidable schedule changes.
